Our Pre-Mission Consultative Meeting

On April 6, 2019 we wrapped up our pre-mission consultation with our volunteers. This event is critical in many ways for the successful implementation of our upcoming medical mission to Sierra Leone later this month. The consultative meeting was an interactive and knowledge sharing event during which our volunteers got to know a little more about Sierra Leone and the healthcare sector, the medical facilities we will be conducting the surgeries from and the expectations and goals of the mission. Also central to the process is the cultural sensitivity awareness discussions and most importantly it was an opportunity for the volunteers to get to know one another.
